grotto of butterflies

While catching butterflies for vellis i heard about the grotto of butterflies? Does this place exist and if so can i actually find it if i look hard enough?

    I thought the Grotto got closed off a long time ago because ...falgorn or someone was using it as a killroom?

    No, you can still enter and leave it. If it was closed off, it's open now.
