Focusing and One Herb/Two Afflictions

First question:

Does focusing prefer to cure particular afflictions first, or is it completely RNG?  For example, if my opponent has stupidity, clumsiness and dizziness, does Focus randomly choose which one to cure?

Second question:

Does eating one herb prefer to cure particular afflictions first, or is it completely RNG?  For example, if my opponent has Asthma and Sensitivity, will eating kelp guarantee that one cures first, or is it random?

Random in both cases, and likewise for other cures with only a few exceptions. IIRC, restoration always cures torso damage before heartseed, and left arm/leg before right (or maybe right then left, it's been a while). I think there are one or two others that are guaranteed to cure a particular affliction first, but I can't recall any off the top of my head.
