With the implementation of the new army system, it seems logical to integrate it into the perms system if possible. This would be specifically applicable to the credit sale system which would allow tiered rewards for the ranks of the soldiers based on their contributions.

While we're at it, @Makarios, can we also make it so that org leaders can start a yearly recurring sale that will just keep closing/reopening a sale on the same IC date each year until you manually close it? Thx.

This isn't something we're going to do, sorry! Just another way to make sure leaders are cognisant of what's happening with their org's credit reserves, and to make sure that orgs keep an active person in leadership!
