OOC Credit Purchases

I think it'd be nice if the credit purchase page included notices of any special deals or promotions available for the month/season. Sometimes I want to make a purchase and I can't remember if I get any bonuses or the like.

Also, there's already a CREDITSALE command in-game, but I rarely see it show anything. I think it's just set up for mayan crowns - could it be expanded to describe the current sale too?
