Went to about 3 different universities, started off with medicine, then math then engineering and eventually settled on computer science after realising it was the only way i could play achaea 16 hours a day and still get a degree

One of the symptoms of an approaching nervous breakdown is the belief that one's work is terribly important
Currently attending a cheap community college in Spokane, Washington. I'm majoring in Creative Writing. I enjoy the fact that I'm attending school and doing something that is intellectually stimulating. I'm not necessarily fond of the other students - most of them don't seem to take their education as seriously as I do, and sometimes, I feel like the quality of education is a little questionable. I spend a lot of time kicking myself for not having gone to Reed College when I was first accepted, back in high school, though I would never really go back on that decision if given the chance - taking care of my dad was far more important than going to my first-choice school. By day, I'm a sales clerk at a thrift shop, but my true passion lies in writing, which I pursue daily. I am attempting a memoir, right now, but I often write poetry and short stories on the fly. I have several first drafts of novels sitting in a box in my closet, too.
My avatar is an image created by this very talented gentleman, of whose work I am extremely jealous. It was not originally a picture of Amunet, but it certainly looks a great deal like how I envision her!
Ask me in four years or so. Looking at either becoming a science/maths teacher and/or getting my Shidoin certificate and opening a dojo. Both would be good.

I did a BSc in Computer Science. I enjoyed the first two years, but was thoroughly tired of education by my final year and as a result just wanted it to be over with. I now work as a developer and database administrator (in addition to fixing almost everything else other people fuck up) at a company that builds web applications.
I missed you so. Seems like it's been forever since you've been gone.
I went to college in a snowy place where I literally had to walk like 1 to 2 miles in the snow just to get to my classes (( I mean like travelling in between them not getting on campus.)). Majored in Biology, became a bard, had awesome adventures.
Edit: It wasn't as cool as the Beirdd but it had squirrels and this one turkey that would chill on our campus and watch us in the mornings.

Where did you go to college? I went to several won't give a list but they were fun! If you like school....
What was your major? I majored in being a biiiig B.I.T...*cough* you get the picture, but mostly I just skipped around dabbling in Anthropology, Teaching, Psychology, and Healthcare related items.
Did you like it there? If I liked it there I probably would have picked one thing and stayed with it :P
What is your job now? I fell into caregiving because I suppose karma wants me to care...
Monash University Majored in Communications/Journalism, it was a double major. Had a lot of fun but like Antonius, I was sick of it by the third year. Regret maybe not being a bit crazier and trying new things, but it was still good. I'm a subeditor at a tax and accounting publishing house right now.

One incredible disaster of a year of college. Let me put it this way: Arditi's K:D ratio is higher than my college GPA was.
Major was going to be political science/psychology, heading for law school.
Nope. Hated going to class because I was young and dumb, hated the school because it was a private school and I wasn't one of the legacy admissions/rich people.
Classes can be really rough if you are not prepared for them. I had a rough start but thankfully got a fresh start at another college and everything is working out now. I would suggest going back when/if you feel like you are ready for it, and no need to worry about it if you decide not to. There are lots of careers out there that are just as beneficial that do not require a degree.

I studied Diagnostic Radiography.
I like what I study, very hands-on and important to the medical field.
Working in a hospital now. Intending to further studies next year or so when I earn enough monies.
