Mudlet 2.1 Choose Profile Page doesn't go away

I've sort of inherited someone else's laptop and it has Windows XP in it. I tried mudlet and loaded up my profile however the page where you choose which profile to load isn't closing. It's annoying because it's blocking the main screen and I can't really play. The mud itself is responsive though. Any suggestions?
