BARDICS command

This is a pretty simple idea. Basically, a BARDICS command that displays all there is to know about the current contest. Specifically, things such as theme, deadline, whether I have or haven't submitted anything yet, and whatever else anyone can think of.

Thats pretty much it, really.

And you won't understand the cause of your grief...

    Especially useful now since they changed them to quarterly, right?

    So it could take a good deal more effort to find the announce post.

    Just bear in mind that submission limits are per player, not per character. So to actually find out whether or not you've submitted, you would need to check each of your characters (although I'm guessing most people only submit Bardics with one character?).

    Could always be an account-wide command that for that (like CHARACTERS does to show all chars reg'd to your account).

    Simple enough to tie the command to your account rather than your character for whether you've submitted I would assume.

    You close your eyes momentarily and extend the range of your vision, seeking out the presence of Drugs. 
    Though too far away to accurately perceive details, you see that Drugs is in Mhaldor.
