How long does support take to respond?

I am curious, because I lost my old accounts password and the e-mail account associated with the account. I sent an e-mail to support, but I want peace of mind. How long does support usually take to respond?

(also, this isn't a bash against Achaea support by any means. Pretty  much every support@whoever.com in existence has inconsistent support and often times painfully slow reaction times. It's just business)
