Allow tuns to be designated to organisations to prevent them becoming useless to the org that bought them if the person who actually purchased them goes dormant. REQUEST TUN DESIGNATION [FOR <org>], perhaps. Whichever.

    They're not exactly useless? Just can't be moved. (not to say this isn't a good idea, I like it, just questioning the 'useless' label)

    That org could just factor in the tun cost when selling their shop if that's what it's for.

    Otherwise I don't see a problem. Would actually be nice if the tun was always owned by the Org Head so they could pick it up if needed.
