  This past Saturday I embraced the 7th Truth, and endured self-imposed hardship by racing the Mt. Creek Spartan Super. What a gruelling and horrific experience!! Between the freezing rain, knee-deep mud, gusting winds, and brutal cold, it was all I could do to survive the nearly 9 mile trek. It almost broke me... but hey, I got a medal and a cool t-shirt for it! Behold, the Mudlord!
