Heya!

As I promised in the other denizen targeting script I post my own targeter here for comparison, reference and so on.

!!THIS NEEDS SVO TO WORK!!

The Idea: Each area has a list of possible targets that is priorized.

Whenever you get into a room, it tries to order the things in the room by that priority to attack.

New possible targets are added by killing them once.

Use "kconfig bashing" to toggle the script on and off.

"kconfig bashing prios" shows the list of known areas.

"kconfig bashing prios <area name>" or click on area in the list shows the target prio list and lets you manage it.

The keybinding F2 starts the automatic attacking, F3 lets you flee into the last room you visited. To change the direction use "flee <direction>" to set a new direction.

The script fires the events "keneanung.bashing.targetList.changed" on any change of the target list and additionally "keneanung.bashing.targetList.firstChanged" on changing the next target (with the target as argument).

Please let me know, when you have issues, ideas, bugs etc.

Link: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7146752/Bashing.xml

Hi!

Yes yes I know there are 71671417419 chat scripts around and now I come here and drop another one... but this isn't just any chat script! It has a lot of features you will probably like that many others does not!

First of all, you can use it with any GUI you want. If they already have a chat window you can just disable it and use this one. It is also based on AdjustableContainer which means you can move it around, resize, recolor (editing the script), etc to fit your needs!

Second... It has OS notifications for your chat tabs! Just tell the script which tabs you want it to notify you and you will receive notifications in your OS whenever someone says something! Good stuff right? :>

There are also a lot of other things like gagging specific messages, logging, ndb support and a bunch of other stuff! For more information just read the readme in github or in the package itself!

Most of the code was made by demonnic, the maker of our beloved YATCO now EMCO. I just adapted the channels to use achaea ones and added one thing or another :>

TheLastDarkthorne/AchaeaChatTabs: Set of chat tabs with automatic handling for Achaea.
Hey guys, I've been thinking about releasing my seafaring triggers and aliases on here for a while. I like sailing a lot(obviously), and I'm still slowly working on putting together a thing to make ship trades easier too, which I'll put in here later. Right now, this is the aliases and triggers that I use for fighting and stuff on the sea.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/bwur1f6nrks0rfm/SeafaringTrigPkg.xml?dl=0

https://www.dropbox.com/s/jq3jwxkg562ierx/SeafaringAliasPkg.xml?dl=0

Once you get these loaded in either via the package manager or import, there are a few different things:

-Turning the ship is done with 'c <dir>', and it works with non-cardinal directions as well. So, for example, c nne, c s, c urmom, etc.

-You can row/full sails with 'c fs'.

-You can repair without maintaining by 'c r' or repair WITH maintaining with 'c rm'.

-Nothing's automated except shooting ballista at seamonsters. I don't really believe in higher end automation, so if you're looking for some kind of win, piss off.

-There are a lot of weapon aliases for doing different things, like shooting at seamonsters or a ship. Look at them and get familiar with them.

-Feel free to change the substitutions I have in there. It's not perfect and there's still a lot to be done. If you guys have any questions, feel free to post here if I'm afk/asleep, or send me a message or tell. If I don't respond, just msg me or post here.

~~Bann

As a Nexus client user I have never felt limited by the client compared to mudlet, except when it comes to the map. With that in mind I have put together a package to bring the functionality of the Achaea crowd map, popular with mudlet users, to the Nexus client. nexMap loads the crowd map into a separate tab in the Nexus client. It is intentionally styled it similar to the default Nexus map for ease of transition.

So, a new map package that looks just like the default map, what's the big deal? A quick overview of some of the other features:

Most importantly, nexMap will display many rooms in the game that are omitted in the Nexus map. All Nexus users are familiar with the image below of "(unknown area)".

This map is fully functional (pan/zoom/fit) and will track the player's movement like normal. Rooms can also be selected via mouse click to begin pathing to the selected location.

The second major improvement for Nexus users is nexMap will utilize wormholes and clouds for pathing! Pathing can be started indoors/underground and the path will use wings at the first outdoor room.

These options may be configured by the user depending on their character's capabilities. (Note the cloud commands can be customized for air lords as well.)

For those without the ability to use wormholes (me) or wings; the pathing options are still improved. The new pathing has no 100 room limit like the standard paths in Nexus.

With the larger database of rooms available, the find room capabilities have improved now as well. nexMap allows for searching by string for room names with click to go functionality.

Lastly, there is also included integration with Farsee and the same click to go function.

Oh and of course there is the standard "nm goto <room id>" to manually path anywhere.

The package can be downloaded with the link below or via github. After loading the package into Nexus simply run "nm load" and you should be off and running (knock on wood).

Direct download

Hello! I am trying to use GMCP code to pull my rage values so that I can make a variable that can be used in the simplified nexus scripting system (the final goal is to create an automatic battlerage system that doesn't require that my battlerage msgs be turned on - i.e. using triggers based on the text). Based on this documentation https://nexus.ironrealms.com/GMCP#IRE.CombatMessage and this example https://nexus.ironrealms.com/GMCP_Data , this is what I came up with.

if (args.gmcp_method == "Char.Vitals")

{

   rage = args.gmcp_args.rage;

    client.set_variable('rage', rage);

    };

but my rage variable remains "undefined" during combat. I imagine something is off with my syntax? The documentation isn't exactly clear what I need to put after args.gmcp_args. in order to pull my rage value. Also, changing the variable I am trying to create to a different name doesn't help.

Let me know if you have any pointers, or need more information in order to troubleshoot. Thanks!

(p.s. If I can get this variable to function correctly, I intend on sharing my final product! It should only require this little bit of GMCP but otherwise only use the simplified scripting)

Hi all,

This is a limb counter for Mudlet. I've written this to be easy to install, easy to maintain, and easy for users to combine with existing systems.

Download and README: https://github.com/27theo/limb. Setup is described here.

This should run out of the box!

It comes with triggers to capture limb damage from the new lines ("you perceive that you have dealt"...) gated under a queue run message for anti-illusion*. It handles salves and the 3 minute decay in a straight-forward fashion.

Hits are stored in the limb namespace, under limb["Name"].hits.limb, (e.g. limb.Romaen.hits["right leg"] or limb["Romaen"].hits.head), in a percentage format.

The package comes with a primitive limb prompt - head, torso, left arm, right arm, left leg, right leg. You can change the order in the limb prompt script.

^ Result of a prompt trigger running cecho(limb.prompt())

I've not got an "isPrepped" function, but those of you who want to automate using one can likely make one yourselves! I opted out from this because I wanted to keep this elementary.

I'll keep the release and brief documentation updated on my GitHub.

If you find bugs, or I've missed out some crucial element of a limb counter (totally could have done this) please comment here or find me on discord or in game, with an OOC message.

Cheers,

Romaen.

*See the note in the README on my GitHub.

This post will likely be long. tldr: I made a pretty massive GUI+utility for Nexus.

I like Javascript as a hobby to tinker with. Since returning to the game I use the Nexus client 100% of the time to play Achaea. There are (were) some serious compromises one had to make using Nexus when compared to Mudlet. Some of you may be using, saw the post about, or have heard of my previous nexMap package that added the Achaea Crowdmap into Nexus. This post is to share my latest labor of love: nexGui. A complete GUI for the Nexus client. I browsed through all the Mudlet GUI posted examples I could find and picked elements that I liked before settling on this layout and functionality. The great thing here is Nexus is a webpage; with CSS/HTML/Javascript you can do almost anything graphically... and I know very little about web development.

I will open with one major disclaimer. I have put quite a bit of work into this, but as of this writing it is version 0.4.3; it is still very much in development. That is not to dissuade anyone from using it, I use it 100% of the time, and I have had two other testing it the past couple weeks. It works great, but documentation is almost non-existent. I am releasing it as an early access of sorts, mainly because I am running out of ideas that are general and most features and work I have started to do are tightly integrated into my own personal settings. So I am sharing what I have now and I welcome others to use it and provide suggestions and feedback.

With that out of the way, lets get into some details

As you can see above, this is almost a complete remake of the Nexus GUI. The GUI will load individual modules depending on your class, and detecting when you change class. What you're seeing above is for my Occultist class. I will attempt to briefly just run down through each pane, most are self explanatory.

Starting with the 4 stack on the left...

Missing Defs: This displaying missing defenses (go figure). Fed off of a user defined defense array in each class function.

Timers: Again, obvious. Count down timers. Any timer added with time will count down to zero. These can be added on the fly or with the class function.

Self State: Right now this displays current afflictions. It's fairly basic. My intent in the future is to flesh it out more and have it reference your user set curing priorities to display afflictions in order of your prios with associated colors and timers for uncurable timed afflictions.

Target State: This pane is unpopulated out of the box. This is intended for users to customize with their own target information. Limb counters, etc. As an example for occultist:

Middle column...

Straight forward. Chat window up top, main window feed below. What is worth noting is the in-line highlighting of the names. I have started a MongoDB as a character database integrated into nexGui. This is hosted information populated and referenced by all users of nexGui. Right now it strictly pulls information from the API. I have thoughts of adding additional information such as any time a nexGui user looks at or honours a player, that information is stored.

One side note with the Chat window is nexGui "tweaks" some core Nexus functions. One tweak is gagging NPC says from the chat window.

Right side stacks...

Up top you have the map window (showing nexMap of course). Surrounding the map window are the panes for room items, npcs, and players. There are a few bells and whistles worth pointing out in these areas. Since nexGui handles all of the room information itself this allows us to apply additional checks and formatting. You will note in that first image I choose to group all city guards ((5x) City Guards) into one display to declutter the pane for me. But we can really do so much more. Here is an image where with a simple rule in the settings (nexGui.colors.room['a monolith sigil'] = {color:'red',text:'A MONOLITH SIGIL'};) You can change monolith sigils to display however you would like. This also causes them to always float to the top. I've also put it in there to accept ID numbers as well.

As just a fun feature, player names have a mouse over "tooltip" that pulls information from the character database for display.

All NPC and player names are also click to target. Targets will be boxed with a red outline, whether you click them or not.

nexGui uses and tracks your enemy and ally list in game for display purposes. Allies and enemies in the room are surrounded by colored parentheses and always appear at the beginning of the room list.

Moving on down to the 2x3 grid of panes at the bottom right corner. Left to right, top to bottom...

The first pane I've been using for lots of different things. It is constantly changing, I have not settled on exactly what I want for it. Right now I've been experimenting with animated theming that changes based on the time of day and environment you're in. I've included 3 or 4 themes out of the box for fun. That one in the image actually has fun little fireflies that randomly flit about. This pane might completely change.

Bonus theme. I've been playing with this cloud theme on the main window. The clouds are animated to slowly drift across the screen and the star constellations change.

To the right of the theme pane is my take on an information stream that I saw Penwize using. Streams all curing, affs, defs, priority changes, and target changes. A mini-log of sorts.

Next to that is a gamefeed stream pulling from the gamefeed API. Note this also uses the same in-line color highlighting from the mongodb.

Lower left we have a stat tracker. Not as fancy as Zulah's full database, but it does what I need/want. Pretty straight forward, the left side can be reset like when you start bashing an area, the right side only resets on logout/login.

Bottom middle is the class pane. My intent for this one in particular is 100% user customizable. Everyone will have a different preference on what they want to do with it. This is also one of the panes that is tied to the class functions and changes dynamically when you change class.

And finally the Party pane. This pane updates and track automatically your party composition. There is also a type to enter box, for parties that are not actually using the party system. Pull down list and toggles here all set nexGui variables that can be referenced in your own settings if desired.

Quick demo of the GUI updates on class change

There are a couple things not not shown in the display above. One is I have started on a full attack replacement module for nexGui. This is still a work in progress (like everything), right now it really only has the messages for my own classes and other dragons, but if you're a dragon and using this you'll see.

Another residual perk that I did not plan for is nexGui works on mobile and the chat window placement makes it a bit more user friendly.

Closing ramblings.

A big note is that I have pulled in the eventification from Jhui's Nexsys package into nexGui. All of the toggles and options raise events which should make it very clean to tie into your own personal settings. The bulk of nexGui is on github and pulled into Nexus through a CDN. The big pro to that approach is as I continue work on the system users are updated automatically... the big con is I occasionally (more than occasionally) break things. As I mentioned at the beginning of this extraordinarily long post, there is very little documentation in the package right now. The package should work right out of the box. "ng load" and you're off.

If there are questions/issues/feedback I am usually available in Discord or in game. I hope others enjoy it, feel free to shower me with compliments, gifts, and name your first born after me.

For those of you that do not know what opponent tracking is, I urge you to review my previous thread involving this. Shecks has also posted a great deal regarding the logic and such involved in this, so I am not going to delve too much into it. If you do not understand the logic or know what it is for, you probably do not need the system.

Since I removed my opponent tracking system, I have been working as much as possible on updating it and making it a whole lot easier to maintain and distribute as well as increasing the user functionality of it. My apologies to everyone I have spoken to over the past two months regarding it that I intended to send beta copies to and forgot. Trust me, it was worth the wait.

New things(2.7):

-Limb counter: (no accurate formula as of yet for knights) that is setup to accept all classes/augments(Some assembly required).
-Backwards affliction tracking: While I have very little ability to test this, the theory behind it is solid. I have also supplemented some expert diagnosing triggers, but I do not have a function to auto decide what to diagnose yet. Since I am a magi, don't get your hopes up that I fix anytime soon.
-Improved prompt triggers: reduced lag(no longer update themselves on every single prompt)
-Simple settings editing via Osettings! script: Now you have no need to ever really look at the logic of the system unless you are just curious or need to edit something major. All your offense function calls will be placed here as well, so you can easily move this script outside of the tracking for when you update.
-Accurate limb and salve curing. While it is not set up for 2x restoration breaks(this will follow in another update) it does accurately account for all other known breaks.
-Accurate venom tracking across multiple weapons simultaneously.
-Updated documentation(Still looks ugly)
-Bard Triggers(Klendathu)
-BM triggers(Anonymous)
-Shaman triggers(Requires you set serverside alias right before the curse to track affs)
-Apostate trigger(Requires you set serverside alias right before the stare to track affs{untested})
-Magi triggers
-Dual Cutting triggers
-Sword and Board Triggers(Klendathu{these need multiline taken out still})
-Rewrite of Serpent Triggers
-Rewrite of Dragon Triggers
-Checks for Aeon and Retardation in both Wundersys and Svo.
Please for the love of all that is good, read the documentation before you install this. While I will continue to provide support, I do have a lot of OOC obligations(which is why this took so long) thus I cannot appropriate large amounts of time to customize this for every single person's needs. The first person to ask me about the display is going to get sent my super-secret trigger that deletes their mudlet profile.

Donations: If you wish to donate to the cause, feel free. We all like to know we are appreciated for doing well. I also want to acknowledge everything Klendathu has done for me. I would have given up this project a long time ago if it was not for his contributions, brain storming, and generally willingness to help. If you notice something in it that has his name on it and appreciate his work, I am sure he would not complain about donations either.

While I have tested as much as possible, there is still the possibility for some error. If you run into anything, simply drop me a message here or a message in game.

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/v4h71c6umsrmxlu/AABRxErZD2VIb_GiJm5OVDgwa?dl=0

eta: If you wanna change the colour of the highlighting, just change the colour in the trigger.

One complaint I've found a lot of in Achaea, is that we don't have says colouring for emotes, or emotes appearing in gmcp.Comm module like other games do (not yet, at least! *hint hint*)

Well, now you can have it! At least client-side, anyway. Unfortunately it highlights stuff in more places than just emotes (namely help files with quotes in them, I should have eliminated them from other sources though, like CT etc)

One pre-requisite is that you're using something (whether it be some form of tabbed chat or whatever) which enables the gmcp.Comm module, otherwise it'll highlight stuff in ct etc as well. If you don't have either of those, simply add this to your login trigger:

sendGMCP('Core.Supports.Add ["Comm.Channel 1"]')

Preview:

It accounts for reactants and can choose which mineral type to draw from.

This script requires an additional alias called "paymute", Which simply refills your vial with reactants and resets the current reactantCount before doing the transmutation.

Alias Text: ^PAYMUTE (.*)

Regular expression

Whole words only: ON

Match case: OFF

Script:

------------------------------------------------------------------

var VialSize = 200;

//This is really up to your preference, For me I choose to keep my gold in my pack before transmuting, but really just do whatever works for you.

send_command("tgfp");

//send_command("Movement if needed");

send_command("refill empty with reactants");

set_variable("ReactantsLeft", VialSize);

send_command("pgip");

//send_command("Movement if needed");

send_command("transmutate " + args[1]);

------------------------------------------------------------------

Next we get to the actual transmutation script itself:

Alias Text: REFILLMINERALS (\w+)

Regular expression

Whole words only: ON

Match case: OFF

Script:

------------------------------------------------------------------

var VialSize = 200;

var reactants = get_variable("ReactantsLeft")

//Insert every mineral you are able to transmute in this string.

var minerals = "cuprum,realgar,stannum,calcite,gypsum,antimony,malachite,azurite,quicksilver,arsenic,ferrum,dolomite,bisemutum,magnesium,aurum,argentum,calamine,plumbum,potash".split(",").sort();

//You can leave the ones you don't have in a list commented out.

//quartz,cinnabar

for (var item in minerals){

  //print(item)

  if (GMCP.Rift[minerals[item]].amount == undefined) GMCP.Rift[minerals[item]].amount = 0;

  var difference = 2500 - GMCP.Rift[minerals[item]].amount;

  if (difference > VialSize) difference = VialSize;

  if ((difference > 0)&&(difference > reactants)&&(reactants != 0)){

  	send_command("transmutate " + reactants + " " + args[1] + " to " + minerals[item]);

    send_command("inr all");

    set_variable("ReactantsLeft", 0);

    break;

  } else if ((difference > 0)&&(difference < reactants)&&(reactants != 0)){

    send_command("transmutate " + difference + " " + args[1] + " to " + minerals[item]);

    send_command("inr all");

    var newreactants = get_variable("ReactantsLeft") - difference;

    print(newreactants)

    set_variable("ReactantsLeft", newreactants);

    break;

  }

  if ((difference > 0)&&(reactants == 0)){

    send_command("paymute " + difference + " " + args[1] + " to " + minerals[item]);

    send_command("inr all");

    var newreactants = get_variable("ReactantsLeft") - difference;

    print(newreactants)

    set_variable("ReactantsLeft", newreactants);

    break;

  }

}

------------------------------------------------------------------

Worth noting that this script will hang up on the specific mineral you are choosing to consume, if that mineral is under it's maximum in your rift.

Enjoy!

I used to vote on nearly all the ideas in the idea list, but then navigation became a pain as more and more were added and I didn't really keep up with it.

So, to help get out the vote, I've created this little package to make life a little easier (for mudlet users anyway )

There is one new command (RATE IDEAS) and a modification to an IG command (IDEA SHOW)

IDEA SHOW ##
Adds a few little helper links for "Support" and "Censure". You can click these instead of typing the command.

RATE IDEAS [NEW]
This will show the same links as above along with a "Next" option (if you don't want to vote)
The difference here will be once you vote or click next it will go to the next idea automatically!
If you add the optional "NEW" command it will skip ideas you have already voted on.

Hi! I'm starting to try to add my own additions on top of serverside in mudlet. How would I go about creating a system/script that will save settings/persists on it's own. Meaning, if I wanted to - I could just import the script into a fresh profile and have all my settings -if any- loaded and have my GUI already good to go.

I wondered why I would need to do this but then I figured if I ever wanted to play around on an alt or get to the point where I'd share my own system, I'd like to make that process as easy as can be! Nobody likes starting a fresh profile and having to re-do code you already wrote x amount of times.

P.S Tips for QQL things I should code first? I've already got anti-theft out of the way and a makeshift bashing script that I threw together.
