Can we just delete torc already?

  As a magi with a torc and Aldar talisman, the torc was fairly useless in combat anyway. Now that I can golem impurity stupidity and paralysis, I'm glad the torc is gone so now I can spend the credits on something more useful.

  It absolutely wasn't useless and was completely silly in the right hands (especially for Magi). So glad it's gone.

  If by fairly useless, you mean, "Completely over the top offensive artie for a great deal of classes", then yeah, pretty much.

  I think we can say with relative certainty that Torc was by far the most imbalancing artefact that was useful for any class (except monk, for obvious reasons)
  Atleast now some people will have to put some work in -understanding- their class rather than "lololol i have a torccccc"
