a truef blue bonnet of shunned pies
Dropped:
[A large seal bearing the mark of Amarisse and the word, 'NO' is affixed here.]
Examined:
Throwing
shade around the wearer like only a member of P9 can do properly, this
bonnet's brim is as big and wide as the typical sexalt's ass. Curving
around to frame the wearer's features is a stiff cone of social
rejection that observes the perfect amount of emotional distance needed
to be willfully ignorant of anyone the individual comes into contact
with while simultaneously limiting the influence of any errant pies from
the wearer's line of sight. The colouring of the giant bonnet, which
flounces into a huge poof of material upon the wearer's head, is truef
blue. It is a hue so disdainful that it psychologically damages anyone
who takes the time to gaze upon it for too long. A long silk ribbon
affixing the bonnet securely under the chin is padded on both sides with
paper Issues and restraining orders that can be whipped out a moment's
notice to allow the wearer to more legally and forcefully disassociate
themselves from others or make them face prosecution at the hands of
whatever Divine they may be close friends with at the time. [Hastily
made red markings denote numerous, frustrated revision requests made by

This sooo made my day, and birthday. I laughed so hard.
Because everyone needs an ugly Logosmas sweater (inspired by the inhabitants of Actar and the surrounding region):
a festive, red Logosmas sweater
Lengthy wisps of wool pool around a festive, red Logosmas sweater.
Mohair from an unruly mountain goat envelops the wearer's form in lengthy wisps of scarlet wool. Stiched in emerald thread across the tufts on the front of the sweather, a Logosmas tree takes form. Appliques resembling black-feathered crows, young deer, and large rabbits cover the shaggy spruce. Dominating the apex of the conifer, a large, heavy-lidded eye glares wildly.
Embracing the priestly aspect of being a shaman (healer), I decided to create something I could don for important ceremonies. The emblem is the heraldry of the Curia Spiritus, of course:
a pendulous prayer sash
Ebon silk pools where a pendulous prayer sash has been cast aside.
Whisper thin ebon silk drapes across the collarbone in a sweeping, crescent shape. Coiled at the base of the throat, the aphotic emblem of a sinuous viper emerges, shedding its spectral shroud amid flame-like tongues of silvery nebulae to assume solar prominence. Ghostly chiffon tendrils sewn with shadowy asterisms of ebon pearl depict the many known star constellations and trail down the wearer's back like liquid shadow.
A delicate satin dress is in in danger of being ruined here
examined:
Sable satin forms the bodice of this simple dress, providing a glossy sheen to the dark coloured garment. Formed from two sheets of fabric, the bodice covers the front and back of the body, hugging tightly to show off the form beneath. Laced along the sides with alabaster ribbons, the two separate parts join together, leaving space for the crimson linen that lines the insides of the satin to peek out along the sides. A small bit of space is left between the crimson cloth to show off a strip of skin along the sides of the wearer where they fail to connect. The onyx satin forms a high collar to this dress, running up the entire length of the neck and laced together similarly to the sides of the bodice. The shoulders are left bare, providing free range of motion to the arms, though several nearly invisible strands of spider silk fall down the shoulders to attach to the separate sleeves of the dress that begin a few inches above the elbows and terminate about the wrists, encasing the arm in blackness. Sewn to the high collar, a crimson hemmed hood of satin provides cover for the head. With extra length added to the cowl, it can be pulled low about the eyes for extra shade or mystery. A simple skirt of black cloth attached to the end of the satin bodice falls loosely to just above the wearer's knees.
Designed for the officiator at a recent wedding, she liked it enough to keep wearing it after
Appearance (short_desc)
frost-rimed silver snowflake robes
Dropped (long_desc)
Like a folded pile of frost, a set of icy blue robes twinkles here.
Examined (extended_desc)
Fine spider silk dyed a vibrant, icy-coloured blue sets the base of this elegant robe. Long swaths of cloth, folded carefully, give the appearance of an almost liquid movement of ice as specks of diamond dust and silver dust sewn into it catch the light. Fine snowflake clasps carved from scoured white horn run down the right side, holding the breast tightly closed and stopping just below the waist to allow the legs to flow freely under the shimmering silk. Two fine slits in the back, cleverly concealed by a layering of silk, allow a pair of wings to stretch freely. Stitched just inside the back of the neck rests a marking of a female human ensnared and bitten by a serpent.
Bydar, a garish-looking trader says, "I'm not a man, I'm an experience."
Made for Bluef to wear to the Warlocks Logosmas party recently:
a timeless ebon gown with a feather skirt
Lying where its wearer stepped from its voluminous folds, an ebon silk bodice rests upon the soft, feathered skirt of a timeless ball gown here.
This vintage ball gown features an empire waistline that drops slightly, giving way to a strip of simple ebon silk wrapping around the torso amid a smattering of smoky obsidian pearls. The beaded waist provides a clean transition between the strapless bodice, tapering down the sides and leaving the back open to allow freedom of movement, and the curling pennae of the a-line skirt. Billowing around the legs, layers of feathers gathered from elegant black swans and sewn in an unhampered design arranged by the wind itself cascade to the floor. The overall effect is one of timeless, swirling shadows that move silently, swishing with barely a whisper as the wearer moves.
a smoky obsidian pearl choker
A shadowy choker lies here, displaying the constellations of the night sky.
Whisper thin ebon silk encircles the wearer's neck. Sewn with a smattering of obsidian pearls, the choker depicts the shadowy asterisms of the Cygnusina constellation. Unfurling at the base of the throat, a night-blooming orchid is rendered in translucent stone. The glassy petals curl back upon themselves to form the flower's familiar triune of whorls amid a smoky-tipped lip.
delicate quartz slippers
A pair of heeled quartz slippers sits here.
Made of a milky smooth crystal, these delicate slippers shimmer with any light that graces them. Small crystal heels, thick enough to withstand the weight of the wearer, allow their feet to maintain a delicate balance amid soft, purposeful steps. Unnaturally resistant to breaking or scratching, the slippers are a testament to the resilience of true beauty.
Gleaming silver rings interlock to create a complex yet elegant weave, giving the chain of this necklace strength and durability. Secured by another ring of silver, a platinum pendant depicting a firefly landing upon a black rose hangs. The petals of the rose have curled up slightly, almost engulfing the firefly as if to extinguish its' life. The pendant sparkles in the light, from the diamond that is in place of the fireflies bulb. Etched into the the base of the firefly, elegant wording in Mhaldorian can be seen. The script is in black lettering, standing in stark contrast to the beauty of the piece. Engraved on it are the words:
Strength, Dignity, and Integrity.
Penwize has cowardly forfeited the challenge to mortal combat issued by Atalkez.
I made quite a few Logosmas presents this year, but I think the one I'm most proud of was for @Aerek:
a scorched watered steel locket
Luminous panels of watered steel are meticulously rendered into two ovals, a minute hinge fastening them together to form the basis of this locket. The metal's natural luster glints in nearly any light, the swirls and eddies of the radiant alloy reminiscent of the ocean's eternal tides. Decorated upon the face of the ornament, a miniature edelweiss blossom is depicted in early bloom. Despite this vivid backdrop, the locket's shine is dimmed by the scorch marks marring its once perfect design, offering a grim review of its fiery history. Carefully fitted inside within one panel is a tiny, painted portrait of a regal, pale-skinned woman, her cascading ringlets of red tumbling past her shoulders and disappearing beyond the picture's frame. She poses formally in a gown of sanguine and ivory, her cerulean eyes staring out directly with a strangely serene expression. Her lips curl into a satisfied smile, illustrated with great care by the artist. In the opposite panel behind a small pane of glass, a single, ruby-hued curl is tucked within, utterly identical to the portrait bearer's own tresses. Flowing script unfurls across the back of the trinket, each letter delicately engraved.
I forget exactly what I engraved, but it was something like "Home and strength awaits within my arms.", or somesort.
And I love too Be still, my indelible friend That love soon might end You are unbreaking And be known in its aching Though quaking Shown in this shaking Though crazy Lately of my wasteland, baby That's just wasteland, baby
Technically, it only says "Home awaits within my arms."
I assume it's because after me, you'd have no Strength left.
Inappropriate.
Also, here's a sheath I designed exclusively for the Shadowsnakes some years back:
a serpentine sheath
Fashioned from wood wrapped in black-dyed leather, this
sheath is designed specifically to house the long, needle-pointed blade
of a dirk. Winding around the length of the sheath is the detailed body
of a golden serpent, its tail curling around the pointed bottom. The
head of snake extends past the opening of the sheath and turns sideways,
mouth opened to provide a secure hold for the dirk hilt. Dark,
glittering onyx jewels stand in for the eyes, their depths holding
innumerable shifting shadows.
It weighs about 3 pounds and 8 ounce(s).
It bears the distinctive mark of Ysvour, the hoarder (a denizen).
Dancing shadows and flecks of light effuse across a pale pot.
Dancing shadows overwrought with dusky penumbra flow across this pale pot. Poignant silhouettes, their darkness provoking imagination and fancy, depict the tenebrous figures of the forest spirits. Far above the deep, resonant scene of night and mirth, amid branches of twisted ash and ghostly willow, the ethereal lights of familiar constellations flicker.
A pool of smoky grey silk reveals a a delicate tribal dress.
Ethereally pale in hue, this tribal dress features shadowy shades of grey silk. Soft ribbons trace the bustline of the dress, modestly holding the off-the-shoulder garment in place. Iridescent ebon tatting effuses across the bared midriff like delicate henna tattoos, joining the upper garmet to its flowing skirt. Slits appear on either side, allowing the dress to flare and slide along the wearer's body with ease.
an intricate headdress of heron feathers
Its surface reflecting hints of blue and grey, a feathered headdress is here.
Deep blue heron feathers have been wrapped around a slender bone band to form this intricate headdress. The iridescent surface of the feathers reflects subtle shades of deep blue and soft grey with the movements of the wearer. On the front of the bone band, an obsidian flame has been carved amidst the image of a large willow tree.
a night-blooming orchid stud
Night-blooming orchid petals flourish here amid a glassy stud.
Unfurling at the navel, a night-blooming orchid stud is rendered in translucent stone. The glassy petals curl back upon themselves to form the flower's familiar triune of whorls amid a smoky-tipped lip. Whisper thin silver securely anchors the shadowy jewel.
a shamanic healer's satchel
Fragrant aromas of sweet incense and medicinal herbs surround a small satchel.
Bundled tightly by grey doeskin, this small satchel emits fragrant aromas of sweet incense and medicinal herbs. Soft leather, intricately embroidered with the swirling gyre of a helix, spans its supple shoulder strap. Ebon beading flows across a sheath folding over the satchel's top, forming shapes of elegant swans in flight and quiescence. Brushed pile along its lower seam tapers into long, pliant wisps of pelage.
A hat: This was going to be a wedding gift for a friend, but he went dormant, so it never got beyond the draft stage (looking back, I can see a couple of things I'd like to change).
Appearance:
a plumed hat of fine black felt
Dropped:
Blending with the shadows, a black felt hat lies here.
Examined:
Fine felt has been dyed darkest black to create this tall, wide-brimmed hat. Obviously designed with a tall, slender individual in mind, this hat would look ridiculous on a stout man. On someone with the necessary stature, however, it accentuates the natural grace of the wearer. On the right side of the hat, the brim has been pinned up, forming a space from which a large azure plume protrudes. The crown of the hat has been adorned with a wide silk band, which has been dyed a rich silver. A large carmine buckle, carved from wood and polished to a glistening shine, adds a striking dash of colour to the piece. At the pinnacle of the hat, the felt has been gently pinched together, giving the headpiece an instantly-recognisable profile. The inside of the item has been lined with dark purple satin, the voluminous folds of material making it difficult to determine the interior size.
I also wrote a library room for the Dawnstrider estate. I figure since it's currently at the bottom of the ocean ( ), I'm not spoiling anything by sharing this. It was altered slightly before implementation.
A sandstone chamber
Drapes of silk and linen adorn the walls of this airy library. The floor has been left bare, a stylised asp carved in relief serving as the only adornment. A bookcase of sandstone stands to one side, melding into the floor and ceiling as though it is a part of the rock. Wide slits have been cut into the southern wall, affording expansive views out over the Notic Ocean, and also allowing shafts of light and a cooling breeze to fill the room. Across the ceiling, an elaborate mural shows a map of Sapience and the surrounding islands, thin lines of blue crossing the continent haphazardly, and the locations of the six major cities picked out in inks of various colours.
A pool of daffodil chiffon resembling a dress lies here.
Sewn from flowing daffodil chiffon, this dress rests on a single shoulder while the remaining chiffon wraps around the chest and back. Several layers of chiffon are sewn under the wrap, resting comfortably over the wearer's torso without being tight. A luxurious a-line skirt begins around the waist, falling to the knees in flowing chiffon, which ruffles softly around the waist.
Dropped: Gleaming mysteriously, a gargantuan shield has been abandoned here.
Examined:
Wide ashwood planks have been set together and banded
in thick iron, forming a sturdy scutum of monstrous proportions. Easily
the size of a full grown man, this monumental shield has obviously been
specially crafted for an individual of enormous size, allowing
protection from neck to knee of even the heftiest of mortals. The
surface has been crafted to easily deflect blows, exhibiting a curved,
cylindrical surface. In contrast to the light gray of the wood,
blackened iron has been wrought into the semblance of a large tree, the
nearly barren branches of which snake sinuously to the sides and top.
Set into the wood, behind the wrought iron is a pattern of fractured
amber, catching and exuding light behind the twisting branches so that
it appears a bright sun flares ceaselessly. The interior of the shield
has been lined with thin, oiled leather, and two thick, adjustable
leather straps have been affixed to allow it to be secured firmly to a
forearm.
Short: a gilded greatsword
Dropped: Impaling the earth, an enormous sword has been grounded here.
Examined:
Honed meticulously to a razor-edge, this magnificent
sword appears to have been forged of bronzed steel, burnished to
magnificent shine. Roughly two hands widths wide and tapering only
slightly to a gleaming point, this massive glaive features a cylindrical
hilt of corrugated steel, affording a secure grip under even the
slickest of conditions. Set firmly into the pommel is a large,
multifaceted amber gem, glowing brightly with each ray of light that
dances across the blade. The gilded crossguard has been etched to
resemble the first rays of a rising sun, fanning out towards the
reinforced fuller which has been expertly embossed into the detailed
image of an ancient tree, stretching nearly the full length of the
blade.
Just finished these up tonight after getting a request for one item, which turned into two:
Short: a finely tooled baldric of black leather
Dropped: Tossed aside, a black leather baldric collects dust here.
Examined:
Fine Tomaculan leather has been dyed black, meticulously tooled and crafted into a sturdy looped baldric. Designed to be slung over the shoulder, it features a large, blackened iron buckle which holds the strap together, with a range of holes punched through the thick leather to offer an adjustable fit. Promising a secure fit against the waist for any weapon, a large bear paw has been masterfully carved and woodburned out of dark mahogany and affixed to the leather device. A section of deep, black bear fur has been attached onto the opposite end with durable gutcord stitching, ensuring a comfortable fit and easy bearing of weight. The gleam of freshly applied oil affirms this baldric will neither crack nor stiffen under regular use and exposure. Along the back, two small loops have been affixed to the top and bottom ends, allowing versatility in how a weapon is carried. A miniscule wolf paw has been stamped into the top of the iron buckle.
Short: a polished band of black iron
Dropped: Gleaming mysteriously, a black iron band has been lost here.
Examined:
Having been wrested from the mines, rough hematite ore has been skillfully refined and cast into a thick, polished band of black iron. In an impressive display of ingenuity and craftsmanship, the large band has been crafted to include a smaller band of gleaming white gold which wraps around the middle, allowing it to be turned. Runes have been engraved into the middle band and the two flanking sections of the ring, filled in with gold and waiting to be properly aligned. A mysteriously strong presence exudes from the metal, alluringly whispering promises of power. Stamped into the inner surface is a miniscule wolf paw.
Reaction to TURN RING
1st person: Lining the inner runes up with their outer counterparts, you gasp as the roar of a bear thunders in your head, rejuvenating you and filling you with vigour.
3rd person: Turning the inner portion of a polished band of black iron, $Person stands straighter, eyes gleaming with rejuvenation.
Dropped: The carved figure of a roaring lioness rampant is mounted upon the bowsprit.
Examined: This figurehead depicts a magnificent lioness, carved from a great hunk of redwood in great detail. She stands on her hind legs, great paws outstretched to attack with sharp, dangerous claws. A tuft of red fur crowns her head, leading toward perked, alert ears. Her mouth gapes in a mighty roar, teeth bared with her lips pulled back, whilst her eyes glisten with a navy sheen. Her sleek form ends with her back paws on the carven block, her long tail held up behind her in defiance. Each splash of the ocean water makes her appear as if covered in blood, the gore dripping from her teeth and claws.
Amethyst glowing softly, a morningstar has been discarded here.
Hardened oak wrapped tightly with padded leather serves as the handle of this formidable weapon. A silver cap attached to the wood secures a strong, mithril chain ending in a pulsing amethyst shaped into a rough resemblance of the wielder.
a morningstar with a red ruby heartstone
Red ruby pulsing, a morningstar has been left here in the dust.
Hardened redwood wrapped tightly with padded leather serves as the handle for this imposing weapon. A silver cap attached to the wood secures a strong mithril chain ending in a fist-sized ruby in the shape of a heart. The heartstone pulses with a crimson candescence when wielded.
An aged journal, bound in burgundy stained leather, has been
cast aside here.
Examined:
This striking Targossian-made volume is sewn into a full
leather case binding with a sculpted raised spine and hardcover, which gives it
a look of solidity and profoundness. The hand-tooled leather has been stained a
rich burgundy and emblazoned with a sculpted ornate relief on the cover. The
ornamental relief is accentuated by hot stamped gilding and embossing with
reflective gold embellishments. Coptic stitched within the layer of aged
leather and gold, crisp pages of expensive vellum wait the scripting of an author’s
hand. Along the edge of the sanded block, a luminous vortex of silver and white
has been painted for a brighter accent. A rigid asymmetric front flap finishes
the journal, confining its pages safely with a modest brass clasp.

I like this. As a note, felines usually have their ears laid back when roaring/hissing/in intimidation mode.
Here's a set of wings I did for Daslin, with custom wear/remove reactions:
Short: a set of metallic, blood-stained wings
Dropped: Gleaming with fresh blood, a set of metallic wings has been cast aside here.
Examined: Boasting a span of roughly ten feet, these wings have been masterfully forged of lightweight but tempered alloy steel, stretching out to each side in three sections. Each individual feather gleams faintly with the sheen of blackened steel. The edge of each metallic feather has been carefully honed to a razor-sharp edge, and the crimson stains which splatter the plumage attest that these are no ordinary set of wings. Fresh droplets of crimson rain fall to the ground as the formidable wings rustle in a soft chorus of metallic clinking. A pair of talon-like grips extend from inside the wings, allowing them to be firmly attached to the shoulders by piercing the flesh of the wearer. A miniscule wolf paw has been stamped into metal at the base of one of the talons.
Wear Reaction 1st Person: Affixing a set of metallic, blood-stained wings to your back, you grimace as the talons dig painfully into your shoulders.
Wear Reaction 3rd Person: As Person$ places a set of metallic, blood-stained wings upon their back, they grimace as the talons dig painfully yet firmly into their shoulders.
Decided to fashion a special ring based on one of Valnurana's favourite gemstones to use for all my resistance enchants:
a delicate fire opal ring
Rainbows of prismatic light cascade around a delicate fire opal ring.
Semi-transparent stone twists around the wearer's finger in striations of colour that reflects amorphous, indefinite opaline formations. Decorated with a delicate pattern of open lattice, the negative space created as this ring curves around the finger forms shapes of elegant swans in flight.
Purchased an Epicurean sash at long last and decided to use my last figurine to make it pretty:
a celestial sash of the ancestors
Pale stars of the night's sky shimmer along a celestial sash here.
Faint whispers of ancient wisdom emanate from the dark silk of this tapered sash as it winds its way around the wearer. Adorned with long braided ends ornamented with smoky obsidian seed pearls, the many pale stars of the night's sky the ancestors have called home are appliqued in familiar patterns along its length, celebrating the shamanic connection to the cosmos and worlds beyond.
Another design I did recently, I feel like I spend hours doing these. I'm jealous of people that can do one in minutes!
Short: An ethereal bronze phoenix amulet
Dropped: Sparkling in the shadows, a phoenix amulet lies here expectantly
Examined: Rising above the depths of a genuine crystal, this amulet is a
delicate, yet authoritative, characterization of the legendary bird. As
it reaches for its destiny, the cast-in-bronze phoenix sweeps its wings
overhead and forms a bale for a bronze link chain to secure around one’s neck
with a finished lobster clasp. Each feather is hand etched, polished, and heat
treated in order to give the appearance of being aflame. Encased in the vast
swirling tail feathers of the figurine is a faceted crystal shard that slowly
graduates from vibrant amber to a striking fiery orange. Hand stamped on a miniature
tag, and nestled against the lobster clasp, is a single flame emblem.

this human sized cage is crafted from a cold cast solid metal. Each metal bar has
not been refinished and exhibits a warm weathered patina making it an ideal
home for those rustic loving designers in your life. It features a primitive padlocked
door which can open on occasion to lure in unsuspecting creative geniuses with
copious amounts of weed and cheap coffee. The base of the cage slides out for
easy cleaning up of tears, crumpled paper, and motivational posters. An
optional cloth cover is included to allow your confined guest some quiet time,

Appearance:
A burgundy, silver-edged journal
Dropped:
An aged journal, bound in burgundy stained leather, has been cast aside here.
Examined:
This striking Targossian-made volume is sewn into a full leather case binding with a sculpted raised spine and hardcover, which gives it a look of solidity and profoundness. The hand-tooled leather has been stained a rich burgundy and emblazoned with a sculpted ornate relief on the cover. The ornamental relief is accentuated by hot stamped gilding and embossing with reflective gold embellishments. Coptic stitched within the layer of aged leather and gold, crisp pages of expensive vellum wait the scripting of an author’s hand. Along the edge of the sanded block, a luminous vortex of silver and white has been painted for a brighter accent. A rigid asymmetric front flap finishes the journal, confining its pages safely with a modest brass clasp.
Album of Bluef during her time in Achaea
Woohoo!
Album of Bluef during her time in Achaea
Another design I did recently, I feel like I spend hours doing these. I'm jealous of people that can do one in minutes!
Short: An ethereal bronze phoenix amulet
Dropped: Sparkling in the shadows, a phoenix amulet lies here expectantly
Examined: Rising above the depths of a genuine crystal, this amulet is a delicate, yet authoritative, characterization of the legendary bird. As it reaches for its destiny, the cast-in-bronze phoenix sweeps its wings overhead and forms a bale for a bronze link chain to secure around one’s neck with a finished lobster clasp. Each feather is hand etched, polished, and heat treated in order to give the appearance of being aflame. Encased in the vast swirling tail feathers of the figurine is a faceted crystal shard that slowly graduates from vibrant amber to a striking fiery orange. Hand stamped on a miniature tag, and nestled against the lobster clasp, is a single flame emblem.
Short: A massive iron cage of trapping
Dropped: Glistening with the remains of fresh tears, a massive iron cage awaits its next virtuoso.
Examined: Shaped like a dome, this human sized cage is crafted from a cold cast solid metal. Each metal bar has not been refinished and exhibits a warm weathered patina making it an ideal home for those rustic loving designers in your life. It features a primitive padlocked door which can open on occasion to lure in unsuspecting creative geniuses with copious amounts of weed and cheap coffee. The base of the cage slides out for easy cleaning up of tears, crumpled paper, and motivational posters. An optional cloth cover is included to allow your confined guest some quiet time, but it is not truly necessary as most are insomniacs due to illusory deadlines.
