    Still up at 5:00 am so @Proficy dragged me around bashing. Thanks for the extra help!

    Then I power napped, or went to bed for a little awhile - whichever you wanna call it. Then woke up to continue the hunt! Just a few more to go.

    Still opens a window for just under a second each time and takes focus away from mudlet, which is fine for the workarounds I was already using it for, but using it for sound alerts would get me killed soooooo often.

    Ah yeah, I suppose your other option would be to run the task as another user but I don't know if you can push sound from it that way

    If you're using the 3.0-delta release and having issues with sound in it, you might want to take a look at this post:  http://forums.mudlet.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=5675&hilit=windows+10&start=30#p24527  It purports to have a fix for the sound issues in that release, but your mileage may vary.

    What happened today.. I went through the same cycle that has been bothering me over the past 6 rl months. I heard some epic music that actually fits my tastes (I know like 5 songs total that I really truly enjoy) and it made me want more. What I really want is more songs from other races perspective - like the now famous song Over the Misty Mountains cold from the Hobbit experience. Hearing the Dwarves sing that just settles me into a safe place. But so few songs seem to find that perspective. So I think of writing them myself... then that brings me back to the fact that the more receptive audience (and the more I would know the background) would be Achaea... so I come back here and read the forums and feel like I am in the world. But then realize that I am still dead on the inside and don't have an in game pull or spark any more.

    And so no writing happens and I start the cycle again.

    2000 hits into level 89 and I seem to be just as bugged as last level.

    Either that or the crit chance that Lucky gives you is much higher than the 1% I was originally told. Yay for 13% dps higher than I should have.

    Such is the nature of RNG, friend.

    Lvl 103, no crit pendant. I've gone 40-50 (literally, fuck you Ver'osy) hits without getting a single crit before, other times I've gotten 3 world shattering crits in a row. With a multitude of other critical hits within 10-15 further attacks.

    There've been a few times where my bashing tracker has read ~39% crit chance after an hour and a half of bashing. There's been other times where it's read as high as 60.

    Kinda like in WoW, where I'd needed 1 particular trinket from a raid.. Didn't drop in the 14-15 weeks we were doing the dungeon... Next week I play an alt instead, and it fucking drops. #notsalty

    So apparently, my horrible stuff breaking ways are experiencing a resurgence. In the space of a week, I've succeeded in breaking my crafter's folder and caused my journal to spontaneously combust. Luckily @Meletus found my journal from where it'd disintegrated to. Thanks Meletus.
