    Woke up this morning after a day on the beer with the family yesterday and hunted up the last few credits I needed to get my gloves of extraction. In my hungover state however, i purchased Gloves of Harvesting. 

    Fairly devastating to realise the extent of your own stupidity.
         He is a coward who has to bring two friends as backup to jump people hunting.

    Haha you're fine! Even experienced fighters make silly mistakes sometimes, no one's going to hold it against you or feel like you disappointed them and like you said it's just an opportunity to learn.

    Hey boss, you only learn when you mess something up. That's how this game works for the most part. Especially when you're fighting alongside experienced people, or against experienced people.

    lol man, at least you were doing something. Half the time in Hashan, people just stand there and die.
    I am retired and log into the forums maybe once every 2 months. It was a good 20 years, live your best lives, friends.

    Nope! You didn't let anyone down, I'm positive of it! The only way you could let down a group of Mhaldorian players over raiding is to give us the middle finger and purposefully screw things up - or just not to try! Mistakes are a-okay! It's how we all learn.

    I get random highlights like that as well.  Most of the time is a portion of a name I have on my personal highlight trigger.  Like the a and d in adverse will highlight (assuming cause of Jadys). I have noticed it never happens in tells, though, and is always a portion of someone's name (which could be a coincidence)

    There are solutions!
    It had something to do with NameDB forcing the qwho with colors and your colors not matching the default so the word and before the last name was being added to the namedb everytime you qwho'd.

    Better late than never, right?


    Edit: I think we fixed it by resetting your colors, and deleting the entire DB and starting from scratch.

    I could have sworn there was an Announce post saying that the viability of Harvesting/extraction were identical. I remember borrowing Harvesting when I was extracting and when I had extracting, I could easily harvest (cooking ingredients only back at that point, but still?)

    Was hoping to see @Adaele, who would help me with my marque and plans for actually learning something about ships.... but she didn't even show.
    So instead I spent ages on completing honors quests, for the first time ever. Went back to Mhaldor feeling proud of myself, until I realized it was no big deal...
    I did go up a level too, 'cause why not.

    Third time is the charm. Hashan raided twice earlier today (technically yesterday) and the results weren't very good. Then when I got home, we went and border skirmished and even though we died at first and it didn't last very long, we all felt pretty good about it.
