City with the most players on in the AM?

I sometimes can only play during odd hours and was curious, are there any cities where you have noticed the general populace stay up late/early? Say around 12-6am CST?

    Hashan.. That's prime @Austere time in Ashtan too. So some fun and shenanigans possible in the early part of your time.

    Mhaldor has a pretty steady group of people that play at that time, as well (Vika, Hataru, Alrena, Melodie, Seortiae, Kiet, to name a few, are on almost every night at around that time). It's hard to keep track of Eleusis, since so many of them have gems/sit on ships, but I think there's a fair few Eleusians around, as well, in that time frame.
