Newbie Class and RP question
Hello everyone,
I am Looking for advice on some classes. I have read the help files and still have some questions I couldn't find otherwise. I created a monk but I have been looking into the knight classes. I want to get heavy into roleplaying and the idea of Falconry is very enticing. I am wondering if the falconry has any actual in game use or if it is mostly for RP?
Though RP is my main focus I do want to be able to participate in other mechanics of the game (hunting is the only one I know of) at adecent level. Any advice on the Kinght and Monk classes would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to get involved in RP the best way to do that is to talk to as many people as possible and establish relationships. You might also consider joining an order, house, clan or a ministry. Once you have these things done you should seek out a family to be in, mind you, you can never change your family after you have been bloodlined into one, so be sure the people you accept as your parents and siblings are people that you like and vice versa.

Falconry definitely extends past RP. Falcons can be used to track others (Gilt Im still pissed), deliver items to players, attack your enemies, and quite a bit more. Knights are a pretty good class all-around, good to branch out into hunting, pvp, etc, though Monks have some great utility in Telepathy. Knight classes are good because within the one class theres a whole bunch of playstyles you can choose for hunting and pvp.
Id suggest just trying monk and knight both and seeing which you enjoy more. You can get back 99% of your lessons when forgetting skills as long as youre below level 50 (or if youre hr2 in your house, below level 30).Huh. Neat.7

Ahmet, thank you, that is the answer about falconry that I have been struggling to find. I'm not a fan of the idea of changing classes for RP reasons but I may have to just to get a feel for the differences. I'm still leaning toward knight but time will tell.
