I now blend my own eliquids. I have Popcorn, sweet popcorn. Double chocolate, chocolate orange, orange, triple mint, spearmint menthol. Its fun. And I cheat. I buy a bulk flavourless eliquid and concentrates.

I feel like a mad scientist when I refill, blending Dirty Girl Scout (chocolate/mint), Winterbeat (wintergreen lifesavers), and pure menthol to make a delicious concoction of cool, nicotine sweetness. It doesn't help that we have this amazing vape store in our mall and every Friday Kaie and I go in to gaze at the hundreds of flavours and try a few hits of the ones we're most interested in.

At this rate, I will some day soon need a "smoking vanity," where I can sit all my flavours up like perfume bottles and mix them together, taking long vapes while I admire my wispy reflection like Betty Draper on Mad Men. #vapeporn

I stick with two standards, vanilla madness and cappuccino. If I grab the wrong one and mix it in, it works just as well.
  • Started on Cherry, tasted too much like cough medicine. Tried a Red Bull flavour that was awesome but got tired of it, too sweet. Peach is quite nice but discovered Limoncello flavour the other day and I am hooked.

So my favorite Vape site is having an Earth Day Giveaway https://gleam.io/2z4Bs-sKs8AH is the referral link. It looks kinda outdated to me though. but https://www.myfreedomsmokes.com/earth-day-giveaway is the direct link to the giveaway itself.

It's so much easier to play Achaea while vaping than it would be with smoking. Until the damn battery dies and I'm left trying to find my spare.

I use kanger dual coils and I've noticed in the last few weeks that the life on them has decreased dramatically. Where one would last me a few weeks, now it's lasting maybe 7 or 8 days. Anyone else having any similar issues?

Yes. And I always feel like I'm playing the quality lottery with chargers.

Yeah, I have about 8 that don't work in a drawer.

  • Someone recommend me a good website for ordering juice?

I upgraded to a Kanger Subox Mini (not the nano) a while back and I pretty much love it. I think I spent $80 and 10$ on an 18650 battery. Runs up to 50W, but I only need to run it at about 35W with the actual subtank on it. 15W with my aerotank 2 on it.

Worth every penny if you want to get into sub-ohming but don't really know where to start.

    this is what I've got

It's definitely not the most powerful out there, but for a starter sub tank, it makes some pretty great clouds.

This is the one I normally use.

So, I have a public service announcement regarding the Kanger OCC coils.

    1) They don't wick very well sometimes and all you taste is burnt cotton. The fix for this is to take a needle and push it all the way through the cotton (after letting the cotton get saturated with liquid, very important) and then wiggle it around a bit to leave a tiny hole (you might not be able to see it, but it'll be there) and problem solved.

    2) The second problem is that there are only two channels for liquid intake and they have huge ridges that can trap air bubbles that block the liquid and cause the cotton to run dry. Be careful and look at your coil before hitting it.

    Don't get burnt!

Stuck in the box.... anyhow, yes this is what I have too! And I love it. It's fantastic. Makes great flavour.

So thread resurrection because the 'fad' continues on despite the new (American) federal regulations requiring manufacturers and liquid suppliers to register their product. For those that are not aware, the new regulations require suppliers (or the stores depending on where the liquid is produced/mixed) to register every flavour. I can't remember if they now require it for every nicotine level, too. The cost for this is roundabouts $100,000 each.

You'll likely see your local vape shops picking up premium liquid lines from big-name dealers like Vape Wild or Gorilla and dropping their home-brewed stuff.

The regulations also require mod/tank/RDA manufacturers to register each individual component of the hardware. I'm not sure of the cost for this, but you'll likely see the numbers of hardware items drop off considerably, so if you were thinking about buying a new setup, it would probably be best to wait until the market stabilizes a bit after all of the upheaval or buy an RBA/RDA and build your own coils (because pre-built coils for some tanks will probably become scarce) or ship them from overseas (which comes with its own host of issues and risks).

Since I got that out of the way, I recently upgraded to a Wismec Reuleaux RX75 kit and it's a great little setup, but the tank is tiny- like hilariously tiny. Lachlan also decided to kill her (and my backup) tank, so I bought 2 Herakles Plus tanks and they are pretty great. I definitely recommend them for both the price and the quality.

I have 150 Lusternian credits that I'll trade over for Achaean ones. Let me know if you're interested!

I smoked marlboro red 100's for 12 years. Then moved onto smooth 100's. Never thought of moving onto vape. I don't want to be a hipster

Edit: but I am vegan! OMG, have you heard what being vegan can do for your body AND for your health?!?!

    Edit2: That was a joke

Yeah, that makes me sad. The shop(s) I usually go to had just started their own, but I dunno if they're stopping. Then again, my two random flavors are from Epiclouds and Cuttwood.

Funny enough, my ex father in law is a machinist and a biker and went from several packs a day of reds to vaping and cut down his nicotine easily... so being hipster isn't so bad XD

  • I didn't realize this thread existed.
Use a sigelei 150w mod (not TC), with a Smoktech TFV4. Major upgrade from my Herakles Plus tank I upgraded from a couple months ago, and I haven't had any issues with it yet.

My question is ...when I think moving on I mean like upgrading or something. Do red 100s and smooth 100 present that much of difference? If you tell me taste swear to god....
