Untargeted Rends
Should we buff the accuracy on untargeted rends since they barely scratch or remove their damage and make them non-miss? This should help with keeping up affliction momentum if opting for the affliction routen with faster rends versus prep route.
Might also make dragon class more viable at stopping momentum classes after the enmesh change.
(I know it's possible to time dcurse para to land they are off herb balance for no miss/parry bypass but looking for more reliability against dodgy targets kappa)
