Transfix

My past two deaths have been because of transfix. Once up in the new dragon hunting grounds and once by the Mahk. It's my understanding that you need to be still to writhe free from being transfixed. Is this correct? Would this include sipping vials. Just tired of not ever being able to get loose from a transfix now...

Edit: I forgot that I was a magi. Disregard the above. Probably best to just pause entirely while transfixed so I can staff you to death.
