I'm just curious if a Tsol'aa Occultist is going to be any good when I finally get to the point of being able to get into actual combat.

decent warp, decent meteor. Meteor/warp?

What about Entity use during battle?

I don't think race factors into entity combat. Tsol'aa is a very viable race for occultist though.

Entities attack by themselves, you can take advantage of it to a degree, but its pretty much passive. As tsol'aa, the disadvantage is that your tarot won't be as effective.

Iaurodur did quite well I think, and he was/is a Tsol'aa Occultist, and mark as well, albeit there are people way more combat experienced than me, who can probably judge such things better.

Only bad people irl play occultists, you shouldn't play occultist. it's true.

Iaurodor was good, but he could have been better if he had the speed advantage as well. I think it was just that he didn`t want to be overpowered or something.

Actually believe it was because he didn't want to sell out on his choice of race, unlike the vast majority that gets into combat.

Yeah thats probably it. It doesn`t change the fact that with his abilities he could have been much more scary as a raja.

Well I plan to push Dracot to his limits as an Occultist so hopfully it'll turn out well.

I've not been Occultist long, but within that time I've been both Mhun and Tsol'aa. I like Tsol'aa a lot better. The tarot speed isn't that much different.

Tsol'aa has a harder time pulling off aeon lock, which is something you will probably use quite often if you can. As a mhun, I could pull it off, but a raja would have been able to do it even easier.
