Talk to Runewarden Classlead, or someone in ACC.

Is it possible to either make a list of people in the acc or tag those who are so we know who to approach?

There's more people in it that just classleads. I think.
Rynn
True. Past classleads and other combat-oriented people.
Pentharian
I'll see about pinning a topic with the names of people to talk to. For now, jut talk to the classlead that makes sense for your idea.

My instinct is to say that most ACC members won't really appreciate a million random people bringing their (usually terrible) ideas to them. Classleads know that's what they're in for, but I'm not convinced that having a list readily available is going to add enough benefit to outweigh the annoyance of OOC tells to ACC members from newbies who just discovered the list and think they have an amazing idea. It's not that hard to figure out who to talk to with a modicum of effort, and usually the right person to talk to is the one listed in HELP CLASSLEADS anyway.

It isn't always obvious who to talk to, like when your class is between Classleads or when a skill is shared across several classes. Or when it's an Artifact or universal skill. It'd probably be easier for an ACC member to figure out who to route suggestions to, and shouldn't be too much trouble.
Griffel
But the fact remains that HELP CLASSLEADS does list fifteen (well, twelve at the moment) people who all will know how to get the idea where it's supposed to go. If a skill is shared across several classes you can talk to the classlead of any of those classes, and if it's an artefact or universal skill you can talk to any classlead, so I'd say it's actually easier to find someone to talk to in those cases. And if there's no classlead for your class then any classlead will probably do the trick, although let's be honest - if it's not a major bug it's probably not going to get changed without a classlead to submit a report.

why is there a elitist section for people anyways? Makes me think WoW raiders are tame.

Because certain people are idiots/know nothing of combat and do no need to be in the ACC as they'd only cause trouble since they don't know what they are talking about.
Horuce
No the question wasn't why they allowed certain people in the ACC or not, it was why the ACC was there in the first place to breed elitism.

IRE is getting the benefit of a think tank without paying or giving any rewards or anything of that nature. Hey if you want to be swindled though that's your call.

I'm done for this month hanging around this place. Personally can't tolerate any more of this game or its company.

Peace.
Gorlasintan
That's good, because the members of the game cannot tolerate you.
Dyzanru
I'm in the ACC feel free to msg me your ideas!

Tek left me out of that in favor of Tenebrus. How do you think that made me feel?
Quoren
Unattractive, probably.
Gorlasintan
Tenebrus's epic level is off the charts, though.

Horuce, you don't play the game, why do you feel the need to pollute the boards with your verbal diarrhea?

Just to humor you though:

The Achaean Combat Council is not a section for elitist. It's a group of people that constantly keep the garden updated on what skills need work, what skills need to be a little less, or a little more. Regardless of what you think, without them, if the ACC didn't exist, combat would be nearly as balanced (not saying that it's fully balanced) as it is today.

They're also the ones who submit new skill ideas and whatnot to the garden for approval.

Edit: Typo
