I thought it was harder than this to negate a rivalry. What a let down.

Rivalries were implemented for the purpose of easier and cleaner roleplay-based PK. Otha didn't have to accept/offer a rivalry with you in the first place, so why are you so upset that now he wants out? The point isn't to lock the two of you into a never-ending battle.

I'm free PK to the SL anyway, rivalry would mean nothing.
