Is there a list with what each affliction actually does to you, ie, asthma prevents smoking, anorexia prevents eating/drinking, etc.

Probably somebody somewhere has compiled one, and I am sure some Houses have this info, but trying them out is the best way to do it.

Aeon:               Extra 'You move slowly' message before a single command will go through.
Agoraphobia:        Run around until inside.
Anorexia:           Cannot eat or drink
Asthma:             Cannot smoke
Blindness:          Blindness
Claustrophobia:     Run around until outside.
Clumsiness:         Low chance to land attacks, can attack self
Confusion:          Cannot focus
Darkshade:          Damages in sunlight, instant death after one minute
Deadening:          Easier to mind lock
Deafness:           Deafness
Dementia:           See a room full of random stuff/people
Disfigurement:      Loyals attack
Dissonance:         Loss of defences
Dizziness:          Fall over upon movement
Entangled:          Proned and unable to use most offensive commands
Epilepsy:           Loss of balance
Fear:               Run around
Freeze:              Shivering, loss of equilibrium
Generosity:         Give random stuff to people
Hallucinations:     Can cause prone and loss of balance
Haemophilia:        Cannot clot
Hellsight:          Causes other mental afflictions
Hypochondria:       See afflictions you do not have
Hypersomnia:        Deep sleep
Impatience:         Cannot focus
Insomnia:          Cannot sleep
Justice:            Attacks rebound and hit self
Lethargy:           Longer balance regain
Loneliness:         Run around until with people
Lover's Effect:     Cannot attack target
Masochism:          Damage self
Nausea:             Vomiting
Pacifism:           Cannot attack
Paralysis:          Cannot move or use most actions
Paranoia:           Run away from people
Peace:              Cannot attack
Recklessness:       Illusion of permanent full health          
Sensitivity:        Take extra damage
Shyness:            Run around until with people
Slickness:          Cannot apply salves
Stupidity:          Random emotes happen instead of sent commands
Stuttering:         Cannot speak properly
Thin Blood:         Relapsing venom afflictions
Transfixed:         Prone and unable to use most offensive commands
Vertigo:            Cannot fly
Voyria:             Death
Weariness:       Cannot attack


I'm sure I've missed quite a few, this was mostly just taken from Help Curelist and edited.

Aeon:             Commands are delayed by one second. If a command is processing, further commands cancel it.
Agoraphobia:         Run around until inside.
Anorexia:                 Cannot eat or drink
Asthma:             Cannot smoke
Blindness:         Blindness
Claustrophobia:     Run around until outside.
Clumsiness:         Low chance to land attacks, can attack self
Confusion:         Cancels some physical attacks, doubles equilibrium

Dementia:         When you QL, you see random room, description, people, objects, exits, etc.

Thin Blood:         Relapsing venom afflictions

Weariness:             Physical damage is lessened


Right around half of those were incorrect as previously posted. This list should be largely accurate. There are a few, like Lethargy and Paranoia, where I'm running off of memory from way back when and can't be bothered to test.

what classes afflict justice and dissonance? I dont believe i've ever encountered those attacks

Justice comes from the Justice tarot, dissonance from the Dissonance vibration.
