So I have been asking around, and apparently a Raja with 217 speed rapiers should hit at least 2 second dsl's
Now I don't have timestamps, but I used my dsl on someone who does and they said it was around 3.1 ish
My average ping is 81 ms and I chased balance

Then a verdict will be rendered.
*EDIT*
For reference, As a xoran with 229 and 221 spd rapiers Rakon was hitting 3.3s DSL, chasing balance.

Whoever "timed" your dsl was inaccurate, though I don't think you'll hit 2.0 either.

You were lagging. There's a 1.1s speed difference between those dsls.

Yeah but as a runie with a 245/237 pair of rapiers I could hit 2 second dsl in 156ms average ping with lag.

Use hh:nn:ss:zzz instead of (I'm assuming) h:n:s:z. That will fix the problem with the zeroes.

Your DSL speed is definitely off. You need to call AT&T ASAP.
