I'm not sure what bell tattoo has done in the past but I did find one use now (angel/demon mindread - Thanks Nunu). However, it would be nice if the bell tattoo was extended to include angel/demon trace, telepathy sapience and puppet listen.

Atleast this way it has a use.

Why angel/demon trace?

Because they're forms of spying on a person?

Right now if you touch a bell and you're being mindread it says someone is mindreading you. It doesn't say who. This is fine for the rest. It'd be a nice use for the tattoo.

Uh, sure, I guess. Worthless tattoo is worthless still?

It does, however, mean that they know if they can safely sneak into enemy territory or not.

Still fine by me though.

BELL TATTOO HAS MANY USES AND IS A GREAT TATTOO AND IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TRACE.

it already reveals puppet/vodun listen. but only if you are personally the victim. it would be great if bell tattoo could somehow be expanded to reveal if someone else in your room is the victim of puppet/vodun listen.

bell tattoo also already reveals subterfuge eavesdrop/listen and resonance.

it also reveals angel/demon mindread. it always revealed angel mindread but only recently started to tell you about those sneaky baalzadeens.

bell tattoo will tell you if a monk has a mindlock on you or if a monk is using listen in telepathy.

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FARSIGHT OR SCRY OR ANYTHING THAT LOCATES YOU.

I'd think no, that's not what the tattoo was designed to do. Why would a bell tattoo have anything to do with people tracing you?
Anything involving listening, I understand, but I'm voting against this.

I vodun listened myself and it didn't detect that. I've had a monk sapience me and it didn't show their mindlock, Hassan. I'll test the others.

Apparently it does do vodun listen but not if you're listening to yourself.

Hrm. It seems it does show mind locks and listen. I touched a bell after someone said they locked me the other day and it didn't show up. Odd.

I think it has much more to do with communication types of spying, otherwise it would also apply to every farsee/seek and so on.

Even if it did include things that find your location, it can't possibly include farsee/seek. It only tells you about ongoing abilities that are active in the instant you touch it.

Why not make it so you can farsee veiled people, while you're at it.

This would be one step towards deleting veils. I approve.
