I am unable to figure out if the diagnose lines are random, or sorted ascending/descending by the first letter, or priority from the easy to cure the hardest to cure affliction, or sorted by salves first smoking next, herbs third or whatever...
Eg: I have 1 mangled right arm, ablaze, asthma, clumsiness, recklessness.
Which line will be the first? The asthma or the mangled left arm or what?

I think they're static, but probably not in an ordered fashion. I'll have to look through my logs to make sure though.

What do you mean static? Every affliction has an invisible number? Eg: asthma is allways 5, clumisness 17?
So if you have asthma and clumsiness then asthma will be always before clumsiness?

The cure priority is random. So if you have 3 kelp afflictions, it is random which kelp affliction is cured first.
On diagnose they may have a certain order they are listed in, never needed to test that.

So it would seem. This is, of course, only for diag and not for anything else. I haven't been able to get a complete ordered diag list though, only partial lists.
It's basically coded to be like
You are:
if dis dude has (whatever), show it
if dis dude has (whatever), show it
etc. So it's always in the same order.

I'm not sure what you intend to reverse engineer exactly.
This has been discussed in detail before. I believe they are ordered in a specific order, but I don't remember the thread.
