They probably figued no point in hiding it becuase most combatants are not nubish (as I am currently) at it and would see themselves being attacked by thier own ents anyways?

That kind of logic could also be applied to recklessness etc. but those are still hidden.

Passive hidden disloyalty is a little too strong IMO. Serpents can give it with their snakes but it's a lot less frequent.

well disloyalty is easily cured without taking up any balance. So it's not hard to avoid even if it is hidden.

Disloyalty needs balance to pacify/reorder attack on ents.
