I want to keybind stuff to f1-f12, that works. But when I try to use other stuff (ctrl+f2, for instance), it doesn't work. Nothing happens at all, just ignores the buttons. Suggestions?

Check System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Keyboard Shortcuts. Some F-key combinations are, by default, already assigned. You can turn them off or reassign them from this preference panel. Cheers!

EDIT: Well, yes and no. I had some stuff still enabled, but turned that off and it still doesn't work.

Well, I knew that ^F2 was already used by the System because I had run into a similar problem earlier. Sorry that didn't help. Perhaps something else is trapping that key-combo or your client doesn't support multiple-key input. Good luck.

I dunno, I thought lots of people used ctrl+A etc on Nexus for things..
