The balances at the end take about 2.5 seconds or less for Spire to recover from in Raja. Spire was off balance before the start of this log. AF is like 4-5 seconds.

Actually, astralform was changed so that it no longer only requires balance, but does not use it.

The chance for lightning to do nothing is to mimic an arrow's chance to miss.

No, now cyrene shows up with a bunch of noobs to defend shallam and eleusis. That or when Cyrene stays out, watches everyone vacate their city and head to cyrene, so has to start strapping on weapons because the raiders will come to cyrene soon enough.
