Doctor James thinks it's hilarious to recant the story of how his garden gnomes were stolen in 2001 at least once a week and I have taken this opportunity to catch up on emails, read the news or think about hunting kangaroos.

BUT I WOULD LIKE TO PLAY ACHAEA.
Does anyone know of an iPhone ap or way to play Achaea on an iPhone? I can't seem to get it to work on safari thanks to lameness.

(I know this was posted a while back but no conclusions were drawn from that topic)

Pls help me waste time in my lectures.

I can't think of any worse way to play Achaea, but that's just me. smile.gif

P.S. Why can't you play during lectures? Is it blocked? If so, have you tried to change the port number to 2003? It worked for me at my school.

There is a MUD client in the app. store, but I haven't ever used it. I also don't remember if it's free or not.

Alternatively, if you're feeling especially masochistic, you can install a Unix shell on a jailbroken iPhone/iPod and play through plain old telnet. That'll be even less intuitive, but it's guaranteed to be free.

Nexus won't run on iphones because they lack the processing power.

Well, the bigger problem is that iPhones don't support Java or flash.

Edit: I should probably clarify that they don't -natively- support them.

Ah, you are right. I thought they did.

There's a flash app for the iphone. Open up (http://www.ironrealms.com/flash/ireclient.swf) using the flash app, it's basically play by email but it works for me.

Hmm the flash app I used is called flash installer, but I can't seem to find it anywhere now.
