I would like to thank Kallorn and Mymyc for the great ideas on new races. I had a little bit of trouble getting this to work but here it is.

Of course needs more tattoos and it also needs the penguin wearing a top hat and a tuxedo. And give the penguin the RAID artifact, penguins can be arti whores too.
