And I like it!! Critiques on style/coloring/ changes for future stylings of a userbar, appreciated. About the 16th one of some form I've done, but some how they always turn out a bit differently then the last one.

Do you mean the ghosting effect of the Jaunty, or the Ubuntu black logo??
The Jaunty is supposed to be near the background color blending in, so it's sort of like a 'ghost' image.
