Ever wonder why Sylvans and Magi have to be monks before they become magicians?
Selerin
Ooooo....I really -REALLY- like your style!
That's pretty kick ass wub.gif
Hayte
little too anime-ish for me but I still like smile.gif
Azu

Sylvan, rather. They have Barkskin instead of the Stoneskin that Magi have. But yeah, I also thought, "If they can shoot STORMHAMMER STORMHAMMER with all the flair in the world, then shouldn't their low-level skills have that certain 'Don't mess with the stonefist' theme?"

Look ma! No tatto...oh wait, he has a starburst on his cheek.
Soludra
Ooh, I really like that! You should definitely submit it to Artisanals. smile.gif You... did. Wow, I fail.

I can't wait to see more from you. (There will be more, right? RIGHT? mellow.gif)
Dusty
Would be better colored smile.gif

Nah, not very good with colors.
Soludra
To be honest it's very good without colors as it is. Coloring is sometimes overrated smile.gif
Selerin
I honestly prefer looking at black and white art as well as sketches. Sometimes things just get lost when colors thrown into the mix wub.gif

It is good, I just think it would benefit from colors for an artisanal piece. I mean it may very well do good, but it may lose to a more finalized piece, though I don't know how exactly they judge these things. It was more of a recommendation if he really wanted try to fortify a win.

Heh, as much as I'd like to improve my chances of winning by adding colors, I am definitely sure that it will hurt them, in reality.

How are the winners elected?

Do only officials get to decide or can players vote somehow also?

Well, from what I'm seeing, officials get to decide. There doesn't appear to be some sort of voting either in the forums or in the site.

These make me want to draw.
Looking at the things I draw makes me not want to draw anymore.
But seriously, these are really cool. Not just the quality of drawing, but the way you decided to portray elements of the game. The way you imagined things looking is seems really creative.

Nonsense. Work on what you draw. Show it to family and friends, heck even enemies. Ask for criticisms - both good and bad - along with tips and tricks on how to make it even better.
