Ok, I've never worked with Nexus and I only hopped over to help someone out.

If I have a trigger of: (Party): You say, "One {*} three."
And in it, I just want to: #ECHO $1

Is there some reason that doesn't work? I can get (Party): You say, "{*}" to work, but it doesn't seem to work in the middle of words.

Edit: And is this seriously the extent of documentation for Nexus? http://www.ironrealms.com/nexus/help.html

I noticed the same problem when I was messing around with Nexus a few days ago. I'm not sure what causes it, or if I was doing something wrong and not noticing.

Capturing multi-word wildcards in the midst of other, set words has always been a serious weakness of Nexus. I think I know why you need this, and I'm also looking for a solution to that problem.

Either we'll both find our answer here, or I'll get in touch with you if I find one elsewhere.

You might have better luck using {w} for the situation, but only if you know how many words there will be. If you have blank spots like You say, "One {w} {w} four" and accidentally had the original be One two four or One two three five eight four, you would get errors.

You also might find it easier to just leave off the end of the trigger line and have it echo that out at the end as well. I've noticed that almost always works when I try using the {*}'s.
