As for accomodation, as earlier promised I'll find something for us if we all wish to stay together (which I'm assuming is the case, if not let me know). I need to know if you all would prefer a proper hotel with more individual rooms or something like a hostel with dorms and such.

Yay, I've now spoken to my boss and taken out more than enough vacation over the period needed for the meet. I've also booked the ferry trip to Sweden, though I'm going to have to speak a bit to Kurei to get him into the ferry, too.
