I believe Dethea once posted that she and Cooper might be in London in January. Are you guys still planning to do this? We already once had a very fun London meet, and it would be cool to meet again. Admittedly, January is not tbe best time to travel to London, weather wise, but the good part is that many people feel this way and it might actually be easier to get affordable accomendation, therefor.
Anyone up for it?

(Yes, as far as I am concerned, it could be Cambridge, too, as was suggested in the England thread that turned into cooking. Anything that is somewhat near London would be fine for me (because the cheapest flight options are to London)

There are the following January weekends:
2-4
9-11
16-18
23-25
30-Feb 1st

I could not make the first weekend, and the last would be difficult, too, but the others do not sound impossible. But anyways, if Dethea and Cooper actually are still going to London, we could schedule depending on that (if they are up for it, that is).

My vote would be currently on 23-25, to not make things too short noticed. I could then also try to reach Dji, for instance.

January's not a good month for me. First two weekends I'll be at home/travelling, 16-18th will be the first weekend back at uni, so catching up with friends here, next weekend is my birthday which I'll again be spending with friend (and while I'm sure you're all lovely, the only person likely to be going that I've actually met will be Laras), and the last weekend is apparently already out.

I'd definitely be up for a meet sometime though.

the last weekend is not totally out, it just is not as good for me than the others. If it came down to it, I would prolly still come.

If someone can grab me I'll come but I can't afford to come alone. I'll be in bradford. MY last exam is on the 20th also so before then will be tough

Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel my trip. Dethea is still going, the 7th-21st I think. And consequently, if anyone needs plane tickets out of Chicago to London from the 7th to the 21st I will sell 'em for transfer fee + $400. *g*
