Labor day weekend sounds good fer us (Gragor's comin of course). Either day is good although Sunday is preferable. If it's actually on Monday, we won't be there.


If you're going to stay over night, you might want to reserve a campsite WAY in advance. I've talked to people who have had no luck finding a campsite that weekend. As far as us staying, being that we live so close, I probably won't be able to talk Gragor into it. We'll drive home and do our drinkin in our own backyard where we can happily annoy the neighbors and not be accused of or feel guilty about corrupting minors!!

So once the day is settled... what time and where to meet in Hollygrove?

Honestly, any time around noon probably. There's that area before you enter where you buy tickets and stuff, we could meet up around there. Not sure if we should all give a phone number to each other incase someone can't find us, or all wear.....green or something.

Maybe just make a big sign that says "North of Thera" and all congregate under it?

Its easy to go through the whole place in 2-3 hours, but I suspect we'd want to see some shows, shop around even if you're not buying anything, eat some turkey legs *melt*, and stuff like that. I DEMAND we see the Ded Bob Sho, by the way. SO funny. I think the guy is a member of SCA too, so if Osis and Keturah show up, maybe he'll hang out with us

BTW, I want to make it clear that all IC difference ought to be put aside. I've known people to talk about going to a meet and having people honestly angry at them for something they did IC. Seriously, that's just stupid

Ok, I suppose I can do that just so we get a concensus on the day. I'm kinda liking saturday, but sunday is fine as well.

If Maya wants, she can send me a free T-shirt and I'll wear it, but I personally don't really like the design on them enough to buy it. I'd like the logo from the mainpage with the blue bar.

I'd dress up like the pic Kaze drew for me, but I can't afford it, and I really don't have the time or willpower (snicker) to create myself some cardboard armour or whatever.

We will, however, need to give loud proclamations about achaea and just being random. For example, earlier while I was working I collapsed off my chair in a fit of laughing because I thought about what might happen if when we were at the "axe throwing" game, I would turn to Greyda and say something about how that guy is such an axe whore.
