Should receive a shorter grace period. I recommend 2 minutes, the same time as champions/assassins.

Agreed.

Edit: I already assumed this was the case since I went mark right after gaining infamy. Two minutes is plenty of time to get anywhere you need to (read: Your city on a guard stack) and short enough that it prevents people from abusing grace to insult others.
