I'm using Scrivener due to the NaNoWriMo special trial offered. I'm sort of in love with it.

Over time I have evolved so much that it takes me a while to set down to write a story/novel because my mind gets so far ahead of my actually putting it down. I will get lost in the story and not have recorded it.

I sadly can no longer write down my notes. Both because my handwriting is terrible, and because I cant write fast enough to keep up. I have to type and sometimes when I finally get typing the words start flowing so fast I fill a few pages instantly..

Its why people in achaea hate me posting, since they have to do MORE 5 or 6 times for what started as a simple reminder of something.

most of my recent stuff, like my bardics submission, was written to Shinedown .45 Something about that song really gets me thinking poetry wise.

Otherwise I am with Amunet in the Indian and other exotic music, most helpful when does not have words or atleast words that I can understand. Oriental has its times depending on the mood.

Definitely broke 50,000 words today, but I'm nowhere near done with the book. I still have a lot of between-scenes left to write. However, I just managed to locate my copy of Emilie Autumn's Laced/Unlaced, the CD I was listening to when I first came up with the concept for this novel a couple of years back (yes, I've been mulling about over the same idea for that long, and finally decided to go somewhere with it). The CD has, apparently, been buried underneath a pile of old sketchbooks and a box of pastels in the bottom of a trunk since I moved back in with my dad two years ago. I fail when it comes to keeping track of my possessions, but now, thanks to this mnemonic of my original inspiration, I might not fail at finishing a novel I started. Go me!

I am sick of my story, but at the same time I want to finish it. unsure.gif Conflicting emotions suck.
