Oops, yeah, that is something I should leave to IC...

I do play a Cyrenian character. I love Cyrene with no comparison. Buuuut my character's a quiet kid, and he tends to stick to himself, his lover, his mentors, and his friends for the most part. Plus my character's only 21--I only recently came back to Achaea (now that I'm in college and make my own internet decisions). My old character was Cyrenian too, but back then I couldn't get online as often. I just didn't get integrated into the social scene very well as a result.

NOW as my character's been gradually coming out of his shell, I might start finding out more about the well-known people of the city/world IC. I hope so!

I tried %s, or just leaving the spaces there, but it only outputs one space, like " ,-----------------------------,".

I am using CMUD, but guess it will be the same coding here.

EDIT: I am not out to copy your ascii art, by the way. You made me want to include ascii art in my own system. Like a jitb ascii for when jitb is initiated

To prevent z/CMUD from stripping extra spaces, either escape them or put them in quotes.

Edit: %repeat also works. %repeat(" ",5) for 5 spaces, for example.

Now, I like Hobby Lobby as much as the next girl. Maybe more, even. But given that Hobby Lobby's wares are primarily geared towards activities like making macrame tea-cozies, I'm not sure any of its customers can criticize anyone else for having too much time on their hands.

I simply can't seem to get the timing right. I get the "You move sluggishly" message from smoking all right, but it still always gets cancelled by amnesia before it goes through to actually smoke

The fact that there aren't many people in Cyrene that can give me aeon for testing this doesn't help either, so I'm doing the annoying and tedious thing of going to Bopalopia to hope for aeon from the hookah. I guess I could ask a magi for some retardation though, hmm...
