    When I checked DATE for mine, it was off by a couple of months (as in, I had joined some months prior to what it showed). I think the further back in time you go, the more inaccurate it gets, though it should still stay relatively within the same year. Maybe not for the 1990s folks though.

    Yeah, DATE gets more and more inaccurate the further back you go.
