I've never run a lottery, and never really paid much attention to them unless they were actively advertised. Recently I hit up the lottery list and threw in for whatever ones were open.
My question is, are the draw conditions preset to where it will automatically draw once the set condition, be it number of tickets sold or amount of sales in gold, is reached? Or are these manually drawn at the discretion of the lottery runner?
