Epilepsy - How does the effect hit?
I have some questions regarding epilepsy, generally:
- When the affliction hits, how soon does the target goes off-EQ after the affliction hits?
- How long does the off-EQ stay, must they Concentrate to get that back?
- Eating goldenseal/focus cures it, but does it also remove the off-EQ, or must Concentrate to recover off-EQ?
- Does epilepsy always result in off-EQ?
- What happens if a person is already off-EQ when epilepsy hits, does the effect stack into the already offed-EQ?

Epilepsy knocks you off balance (not eq) for 1-2 seconds, every few seconds until you cure it. You recover balance naturally, you don't have to do anything special to recover it.
It happens on a periodic tick. That means how soon it first hits after being afflicted can vary, and if you cure it before the first tick you won't lose balance at all.
I don't think it stacks if you're already off balance, but I'm not sure on that. The last time I had epilepsy for any significant length of time was 2007.
