    If I were a car I'd be a 1958 Impala.

If I were a drink I'd be a single malt whisky.

If I were a dog I'd be a Great Pyrenees.

  • Bwaha @Jules that's so random. I lol'd
I'm sure about the Celica. I had 2 of them (the first one probably would have gone for another 200k miles but someone t-boned me and totaled it. So I bought the same car again! Well, a 95, but they are the same)

  • If I was a car it would be a Toyota Carmy (Not a joke, @Jules and @Saeva, I had one for 10 years) It would though be the 95-96 model which is the one I owned. Reason: Because it is reliable, loyal, and only available in my country through importation :P

If I was a drink it would be tea (or Summer Snow IG ;) ) because it is at the same time very common, widely known and totally ignored by some people, while others find it very precious; a single variety can be very complex, subtle, to get known fully.

If I was a dog it would be ... really I do not have a clue. I do not know dogs at all...

if I was a car, I'd be something nice and comfortable, not necessarily luxurious but not beat-down either. (I don't have a clue about cars)

    If I was a drink, I'd be a whisky.

If I was a dog, I'd rather be a cat.

And you won't understand the cause of your grief...

Drink: Some weird cocktail with unidentifiable ingredients, but beyond that it ends up being pretty boring.
Dog: German Shepherd. In particular a large, old, lazy one, who is just going to look at you like you're crazy if you throw a ball for her to fetch.
  • Car: '69 Dodge Charger Daytona, complete with footprint gas pedal (see picture below).

Drink: Rot gut whiskey, straight from the shatterproof plastic bottle.

Dog: That clueless coonhound that always walks out in front of your vehicle during hunting season.

Come on, people. Let's be real, you're not a slick-ass new race car.

  • If I was a car, I would be a 71 metallic blue Cutlass Supreme with a white ragtop and leather interior.
If I was a drink, I would be sweet tea.
If I was a dog, I would be crying. Because cats. =((
  • Since someone else performed minor necromancy this time, what the hell...

If I were a car, I would be doing donuts in the parking lot. WHEEEE.
If I were a drink, I would be easy but brief, like a shot of tequila. Or something. (Seriously I only ever drink rum or scotch...)
If I were a dog, I would be enjoying the donuts in the car. Spiiiiiiiin~

It may not be quite in line with what you were actually asking, but what the hell, I've got nothing better to do while I'm sitting here sanding my nose with kleenex...ugh.

Car? No. Fuck a car. I'd be a 2007 Yamaha R1. I'm fast, loud, and tricky.

Drink? Maker's Mark. I'm well aged, even if I bite real hard.

Dog? Rottweiler. I'm loyal to a fault, good to people unless they screw with me.

I'm going to a training in the morning called Personal Branding, to learn to sell myself better to future employers. My homework consisted of a list of questions. Selecting three of them...

    1) If I was a car, I would be a ...

    2) If I was a drink, I would be a ...

    3) If I was a dog, I would be a ...

How would you answer these? Include the why if you want.
Car: I'd be an old but reliable car, not really sure too specifically. Not fancy or stylish, but relatively low maintenance and will work
    consistently.

Drink: rum and coke. Again, not fancy, but will get the job done.

Dog: some kind of lab. Loyal but a gigantic doofus.

    1) If I was a car, I would be a 1993 Ford Escort with cardboard fins duct-taped to it to make it go faster.

    2) If I was a drink, I would be Faygo Moon Mist and Seagram's Vodka.

    3) If I was a dog, I would be a poodle owned by some celebrity chick, because I'd get free rides everywhere between her bossoms.
  • @Strata =))

That just made me cringe laugh.

  • I don't know a whole lot about cars. Whatever kind of car I was would be small, have serious trouble getting started in the morning, especially if its cold, peter out after long days and then absolutely refuse to start the next morning, have all kinds of problems that keep requiring  expensive visits to the mechanic. If you have a car like me I hope you have really good insurance.

If I were a drink, I would be coffee. That's a no brainer. When I think of 'me' and 'drink', the first thing I think of is---well, honestly, a lot of the time it's 'god I need one', but when I think of a drink, it's coffee.
Specifically, I would be the coffee in my college's dining hall. You never know from one day to the next whether it's going to be mild or bitter, and it's usually getting close to lukewarm.

I don't think I'd be any specific breed of dog. I'd be some mutt who likes affection and can get protective, but doesn't hold with wastes of time like doing tricks, and doesn't follow directions well. Basically I'd be my dog, but much, much smarter.

Sounds like most models of Ford. I have never had a good Ford car. Trucks tend to be okayish, but Volkswagen and Ford cars I have spent more time with the mechanic on those than most any other car my family has owned.

Drink - Milk. Natural, healthy, simple, helps you grow and can be used in many recipes.

    No.

Milk is not nearly as healthy as you think.  Some food for thought:

Did you know that lactose intolerance is the natural state for human beings?  Indeed, after a certain age, human beings are meant to become lactose intolerant.  The loss of lactose intolerance is the breeding of a genetic mutation from past ages where drinking cow's milk had to be done in place of water.

Think about what milk is.  Milk comes from a cow.  Milk is meant to be fed to baby cows.  It is meant to turn a 55 pound calf into a 1500 pound heifer in sixth months.  And you're drinking that.

I love milk, but damnit internet, why did you have to show me these things.

edit: Cold hands make for many spelling errors.
So far off topic... but since this thread was necro'd....
White people can normally continue to digest lactose into their old old years. White people of European descent have by natural selection, retained the ability to digest milk and other lactose based products. Indians have as well.

Most black people of African, Australia, Jamacan descent loose the ability to process milk at middle age, and same thing for most southeast Asian cultures excluding India.

The misinformation circulated around the internet some time ago, and is as valid as Mr rogers being a NAVY SEAL and eating spiders in your sleep. No human is naturally intolerant to milk, the enzyme production just slows down (along with everything else) the older you get.

The way you phrased that is giving me a mental image of Mr. Rogers, in uniform, standing over my bed and eating spiders while I sleep. Thank you so very much. I'm probably going to have nightmares now.

"Lactose intolerance is the natural state for humans" isn't entirely wrong, it just assumes a strange definition of "natural state". Adult humans being able to digest lactose is a fairly recent (<10,000 years) development, and most other mammals do become lactose intolerant after childhood. From that perspective though, nearly everything modern humans ever drink/eat/do is unnatural.

As an argument against drinking milk though, it's pretty weak. The reason humans developed the ability to continue digesting milk is because of the significant health benefits to doing so, even when safe water was available. The idea that "unnatural = bad" is a pretty ridiculous generalisation, regardless of how you define "natural".
