Yeah, Campaign Cartographer. I mess around with it now and then, but don't really have much skill with it. I'm almost embarrassed to show it after Delphinus's masterful map (which was done in Photoshop).

Some images on these forums are doing that to my browser as well, on a decent computer. The same image doesn't bother it elsewhere (I tested it). No idea what's up.
