So I tried logging in the other day.  My door was locked in the subdivision.  I have no clue why it was locked or how to get it unlocked.  I tried issuing myself over it to see if I could have it unlocked, but Anytus said no and to deal with it on my own.  Seeing as how I'm not going to spend a lot of time trying to come back, I figured it'd just be easier to find out the answers to these questions here.

1) What was the Shallam policy on locking subdivision doors was before it was destroyed? (i.e. why my subdivision house is locked)
2) Who locked my door?
3) How can I get it unlocked? Does the person who locked it still have the power to unlock it?

1. It was a really, really stupid policy. If you didn't have a monolith and key sigil outside of your house, they locked your door (my door was locked too, and since I couldn't get in, my eye sigil inside decayed and I lost all the stuff that was on the ground inside)
