[Mudlet] Clickable Classleads

For those who like to look at classleads but don't like all the typing associated, I present to you a script that converts all of those categories into clickable links for easier perusal of classleads. Not only that! You can click the "ability" section of the category you've selected to view that specific classlead proposal.
THAT'S NOT ALL!
It colors approvals, rejections, finalised, and unsubmitted (U doesn't actually have a special color) so you can have an easier time of picking out which are implemented, going to be implemented, rejected, or a failure to launch!

In all seriousness, this is pretty much what happens when I decide to write something up and just commit to doing it one way, rather than spend an hour writing and rewriting. Sorry for the sloppy code, you might want to bring a machete with you if you decide to wade through it.
